Art. 7
(Right to access personal data and other rights)

3'Interested has the right to obtain:

b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in law, including those of which conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the transactions referred to in letters a) and b) have been carried out, also with regard to their content, those to whom the data has been communicated or disseminated, except for the case in which this fulfillment is impossible to be an undertaking of means manifestly disproportionate compared to protected right.

4'Interested has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;

For each request pursuant to art. 7, paragraphs 1 and 2 letters a), b), and c), of the D.Llgs. 196/2003, Galvani S.r.l. it may request the interested party, where the existence and accuracy of the data concerning him, a contribution of expenses, not exceeding the costs actually endured, according to the procedures and within the limits established by the regulation issued, pursuant to art. 10 paragraph 8 of the D.lgs. 196/2003.
