Shipping

Shipping costs include packaging and postage expenses. We advise you to group your articles in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders performed separately, and the shipping costs will be applied to each of it.
For each item, availability is specified if the timing, for factors not attributable to Galvani Srl, they were to overcome the estimated times, you will be contacted by email or by phone.
All shipments with SDA and GLS standards made in Italy will cost € 5.00 for all product categories. The shipment will be carried out through the selected courier under purchase. Also available the expedition expressed through GLS whose travel time will be 2 working days or via DHL with travel time of 1 business recommended in the event of urgency and the need for rapid transport, in this case the cost will be Euro 10.00 with GLS and Euro courier 8.00 with DHL courier.
You can select the preferred courier during checkout.
All foreign shipments will have a variable cost depending on the shipping area and will be carried out by express courier (DHL).
The delivery times indicated by the courier are to be understood only of shipping, therefore the order preparation times should be added. No priority management of orders will be guaranteed that will be processed according to the terms of arrival.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the courier selected at the time of purchase: from 1 working day per express courier to a maximum of 5 working days by standard courier. The Galvani S.r.l. it does not respond to any delays for internal courier issues, but will be our premature to make us available to any solutions.
The choice of the courier will only change the journey time of the same once withdrawn the package and the actual courier which will deliver the goods, while a variation of the order processing times (taking, management, billing and packaging) is not envisaged in any way) foreseen by 3 to 6 working days (Monday - Friday).
In the case of receiving a visibly damaged package it is important to immediately communicate to the courier at the time of signing the control reserve. If the product inside should be damaged, contact us through the appropriate section of the site, we will send you the product again or, if it is not available, we will make a refund.
In the case of retreat in the store the product is delivered to sight, therefore the customer will verify the compliance of the product. If the product is not appropriate, the customer must not collect the product and leave it within the point of sale, in this way the reimbursement procedure will be carried out.
Products withdrawn in the store are not subject to returns after delivery.

Returns and refunds

The staff of Galvani S.r.l. recognizes the right of withdrawal from the purchase contract as required by current legislation. (Art. 64 and Segg. of the D.Lgs. No. 206/2005).

The deadline to avail the right of withdrawal is 14 calendar days from the time of receipt of the goods, as required by law.

The return of the product must be received in the same conditions and complete with packaging, accessories and every detail, in which it was at the time of receiving the customer. Furthermore, the shipment is borne by the buyer, except for errors by the Galvani S.r.l. ,the vehicle and type of shipment is freely chosen by the latter. In the repayment phase, practical and shipping costs are held, in case it is used by the courier of the Galvani s.r.l. return costs are also deducted as well as shipping. It is advisable to request costs at Galvani s.r.l. The partial returns of the items may be subject to costs of practice and / or emissions of partial reimbursements. The shipment with insurance for the total amount of the goods is recommended. In case of no reception from us or of missing or partially or partially, or totally damaged items, the Galvani S.r.l. it reserves the right to issue a partial refund or no refund based on the product situation.
All returns must be approved in advance, any unauthorized return will be returned with consequent management and shipping costs.

The refund will be issued within the following 14 calendar days from receipt of the return, as required by law.

Availability of goods

Accompanying invoice emission
